During the Christmas vacation I had to have my brothers cat boarded here, I had no choice it was short notice, I was outraged by what these people charged, the price would be equal to staying at a 5 star hotel with room service. I have boarded 3 dogs and 2 cats for less and had better treatment. For 10 days they charged over $360.00, we had to provide our own food, which my brother did, two boxes of cat food and a bag. We made arrangement for 10 day which meant he would pick up the cat on Dec 26. Well Dec 24 came and we got a call from the girl we made the arrangements with and she demanded we pick up the cat, now this was a little difficult because my brother was just getting to the airport to fly home, it took over 30 minutes to convince her that no one could. So on the 26th which was 10th day, my brother went to pick up his cat and expected to get at least a full box or bag of food back because his cat doesn't eat a lot, he was given a small amount of food in a box and that's it? So he asked where his food was she said the cat ate it? Really two boxes and a bag, I have two cats and they don't eat that much in a month? Not only did we get treated badly, we were ripped off for the price and the food. I would not recommend people take their pets there. It doesn't seem like they care and are only after the money, which I'm still shaking my head at. I do hope the cage our cat was stored in was gold plated, that they cleaned the litter after each use, they walked the cat and gave it a bath, held it and spent time for the price. I have never been so ripped off by a Vet clinic ever. Very sad

This place is a total scam...The vet does not know what the hell she is doing i was taking my dogs there for awhile and started to slowly noticed she just doesn't know what she is doing...godforbid if you need a test done there,there could be something seriously wrong with your animal and it takes them over 2+ weeks to get the test results in when they said it should only take 2-3 days the new receptionist there is totally rude and you can tell she is not a animal lover...make sure this lady does all the shots and whatever your animal needs in front of you because I'm not the only one that thinks she's charging you for something that your animal is not even receiving.and i can tell you this i never right reviews about anything but this pissed me off when it comes to my hard earn money and my dogs health being thrown out the window!!!..Since this is one of the only vets located in the hunlock creek area people don't be foolish and think this is where you have to go take the extra time and travel intown for your animals needs it will be worth it and you will then understand why i am writing this review!..
